2006 Commonwealth games Cultural Festival: Bambuco - Human Momentum Human Momentum was a massive interactive bamboo playground designed and installed by world renowned bamboo architects Bambuco, where a team of young people, aerial artists Dislocate and a volunteer performance ensemble performed a season of spectacular shows. The slap stick character driven performances integrated manually operated water mechanisms attached to the structure, that transfered water through hosing, water tanks and contraptions to power the playground into action. Some of these contraptions included swings, seesaws and a giant bell pull. This event was totally interactive and hands on.
